1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

  • This Site showcases WordPress/3D-configurator plugins (“Products”) and custom development services (“Services”) offered by Noor E Alam.
  • Products are sold and fulfilled through third-party platforms such as Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy. Purchases are subject to that platform’s own terms of sale, in addition to these Terms.
  • Live demos illustrate product functionality and may not reflect every feature of the final Product.

3. Licensing Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, purchased plugins are licensed for use on a single website per purchase. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of a purchased Product without written permission is not permitted.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely by the third-party platform used at checkout; no payment card details are collected or stored on this Site.
  • Refund requests are handled case-by-case. Contact noorealamdev@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.

5. Custom Development Services Custom setup/configuration work is scoped and agreed upon directly with the client (via the Contact page) before work begins. Timelines and pricing for custom work are communicated individually and aren’t guaranteed by anything published on this Site unless confirmed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, and product demos — is the property of Noor E Alam unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties Products and Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noor E Alam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site or its Products/Services.

9. Third-Party Links This Site may link to third-party websites (payment processors, demo pages, social profiles). I am not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.
